Many varieties of dips are available these days which are loaded with artificial colours and preservatives which harm our health. But, at home, we can make healthy and nutritious dips and indulge in them without worrying about the dangers of heavily processed foods. The best thing about homemade dips is that they are made with fresh ingredients and are totally free from preservative and artificial colour and the recipe is also very easy.

Nice! Can this be made without cheese? Can you suggest any substitute? Roasting indeed makes it very nutritious and also gives such great flavour!
If you don’t like cheese just avoid it.
Instead of cheese you can add finely chopped onions, some times I even add crumbled paneer to this dip .
So simple and easy to make. This is one healthy dip that will find a place in my fridge more. Enjoyed reading the post.
Thanks a lot Dipali.
