🍪Homemade Oats and Dry Fruits Cookies

Today I am sharing the recipe of “Homemade Oats and Dry Fruits Cookies”. This is a recipe that I learned from my badi bhabhi ji (Smt. Savita ji Gattani). She is a super talented home chef who has created many new recipes with nutritious ingredients. All her recipes are healthy with a burst of flavors. Of course, she cooks with so much love and affection for the whole family that every recipe tastes better when she cooks them😃. Earlier, I had shared her Chikoo Ice Cream recipe. Recently, she made Sitaphal Ice Cream at home and we all loved it! I will share that recipe some other day.

Oats and dry fruits cookies are incredibly tasty, healthy and nutritious and are filled with the goodness of wheat flour (atta), oats, nuts, seeds and berries; and these cookies are sweetened with natural ingredients such as jaggery, dates, dried figs and honey.

These cookies are a great replacement to the expensive “granola bars” that are available in the market. These homemade oats and dry fruits cookies are soft, crunchy and chewy and are perfect for healthy snacking.

  2. Hi..I tried making these cookies. Problem is that in ingredients it says baking soda and in preparation it says baking powder. I used baking powder but the cookies came out very dry. Also milk that is mentioned is too less for binding this. I used twice the quantity but it was still less.

    1. Hello Abhipriya,
Sorry, it is just a typing mistake, I have used baking soda, thanks for pointing out my mistake.
I have used milk only to bind the ingredients, after adding milk the mixture should look like crumble but should hold shape, if necessary increase little milk.
