Ingredients – (1 serving)
Boiled potatoes – 4 medium
Roasted and crushed peanuts – 2 tbsp
Desi ghee – 1 tsp
Jeera – ¼ tsp
Green chillies – 2
Black pepper powder – ¼ tsp
Lime juice – 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
Sendha namak (rock salt) according to taste.
- Roughly crumble boiled potatoes with your fingers into small pieces. Chop green chillies and coriander leaves,
- Heat desi ghee in the kadhai. Add jeera and when it crackles, add green chillies and sauté for a few seconds. Now add potatoes, peanuts, sendha namak and black pepper powder. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes on a low flame. Switch off the gas and add lime juice and coriander leaves. Mix thoroughly.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve the delicious potato stir-fry piping hot.
