Heat desi ghee in a heavy bottom kadhai.
Put jeera, when it sizzles, lower the flame, add finely chopped green chillies and saute it for a few seconds.
Now put cooked shakarkandi, sprinkle salt, pepper powder and crushed peanuts, mix properly and cook for one minutes.
Switch off the flame, add coriander leaves and squeeze lemon juice and mix well.
Shakarkandi ki chaat is ready to serve.
