Spicy, tasty and refreshing chutney that goes well with all Indian snacks and meals. Perfect for pakoras, bread rolls, or on the sides with lunch or dinner. Can be made and kept in the refrigerator for 1-2 days.
Ingredients:
Hara dhania – 2cups
Tomato – 1medium
Chopped ginger – 1/4tsp
Green chillies – 2 or 3
Jeera
Rosted til – 1tbsp
Hing
Lemon juice – 1tbsp
Salt according to taste
Method:
Except lemon juice, blend all the ingredients in mixer, if required sprinkle some water based on the consistency. Finally, add lemon juice, mix well and dish out the chutney in a bowl.
